Yes you can, available Tuesday-Saturday. For all orders placed before 11am they may be picked up in store that same day until 5pm. For all orders placed after 11am, they will be ready the following business day after 9:30am.

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your products purchased from our LaRose Online store, you may return any item as long as it is in its ORIGINAL packaging, seal intact and including any wrapping or box. If seal is removed or open product cannot be returned. Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
Products in their original condition, with proof of purchase will receive full refund or exchange within 14 business days from delivery (except in the case of damaged and faulty items - see below). Your rights under this Returns & Exchanges Policy are in addition to any rights or remedies you have under law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
We cannot accept any returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used or are no longer in resalable condition. For all returns unless stock is damaged or faulty, you will be responsible for shipping fees.

Email us immediately if there is any damage to your order at hello@larosehair.com.au with images of your faulty/damaged items and our team will organise a replacement as soon as possible.
The item must be in new and unused condition. We will assess the fault upon return and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.
